Three businesses. Three robberies. Three murders.

Two of the murders were caught on film and all three killers left plenty of DNA evidence behind. So why are these cases so difficult to solve?

All three victims are bosses killed by their employees, and yet, the businesses, bosses and employees are unconnected.

Or, are they?

Two of the businesses have connections to Judah Hammer, now a local crime boss whose good heart leads him to support citizens in need.

So Judah hires private investigator Sam Sharpe, who is again chasing his own demons, battling a brutal addiction to opioids and heroin. What Sharpe uncovers is a killer with uncanny impersonation skills that cast suspicion on Sharpe's client, Judah Hammer himself!

Along for the ride is an ongoing supporting cast, all of whom face their own challenges, triumphs and tribulations, with notably mixed results.
