Upon reaching the capital, Hanakawa and Lute quickly make their way down to the Underworld to free Albagarma's younger sister in hopes that she'll take revenge on Yogiri. At the same time, Ayaka's own revenge plot has been wreaking havoc across the city, and as it claims even the king's life, the Sage candidates find themselves politely expelled from the palace. Hoping to kill two birds with one stone—to destroy the Dark God and put a stop to Ayaka's rampage—the class of Sage candidates heads as a group into the Underworld.
