When I saw that, I said something like this—you want empathy? You want to read them like a book? Of course, you do. Everybody does.
But most people? They're clueless. They enter a room, shake some hands, perhaps smile, nod their heads, and cross their fingers.
Not you. You're smarter than that. You want to know what's really going on behind the words, behind the smiles, behind the little mannerisms people don't even realize they're doing.
