Olivia Mayfield is the youngest African American woman to hold the position as Executive Manager of Barnes & Rogers Corporation. Olivia has been with the company for only three years and plans to become Director of the Comptroller Department. She is a Christian. She has strayed away from the Lord because of her abusive family background.

As she continues to climb the ladder of success, she loses herself and compromises her Christian values. She makes many bad decisions that lead her to the path back to the Lord and what she has really been called to do in her life.
