It starts from the beginning, as Declaration Day, to the present day, Memorial Day. The book is easy reading for students and gives teachers a source for teaching. This book can be read by all.
Autobiography: I am a Veteran of the United States Air Force and served in Desert Shield/Storm. I have an Associate Degree in Arts from Ohio State. I had to write a rhyming book for a class and did very well with this project. Then, I was challenged to write a book for children about Veterans, which led me to write "What Is Memorial Day?"
