Medhat Shannan is a well-known lawyer for cassation and a distinguished novelist, the winner of the Story Club Award for the best novel of 2017 for the book "The Illusion," the Bar Association Award for Creativity, and honoring Al-Gomhoria newspaper at the Egyptian Opera House.

He has many novels and creative publications, and his works also include the story "Hymn to the Aten," "The Book of Escape from the Sarcophagus," "Sinai Opera Championships," "Playing Wood Saw," a collection of novels entitled "Hysteria," a collection of stories for children allowed Stories "Grandmother Nour" has written dozens of articles published in Egyptian and Arab newspapers, as well as legal and social research.
