When worlds collapse, where can you run?
Odin, Thor, Tyr, and Freyr are among the last gods marching into battle in a war known as Ragnarök, a conflict destined to end in eternal nothingness. Their fates, foretold by the Norns long before the age of man, leave them no choice but to raise their weapons and confront their doom.
Yet not all who stand ready for this final fight are deities or their enemy. Elves, Valkyries, and chosen souls of the dead have been sacrificing themselves in this futile endeavor. Among them is Líf, the last woman. No warrior, she has never held any status or value, yet she has survived when others perished. Her strength lies in her determination, and her power resides in her will to see this through. As the end approaches, what better way to greet certain oblivion than to be the last to draw breath in a world that is ceasing to exist?
