In this publication, we will discuss the guidelines for the aspirant C.O.G.I.C. Deacon. It is our endeavor to help those entering the deacon's service ministry through providing supplemental support as they navigate the execution of their duties. In addition, we will provide basic protocols for the Deacon's purpose and function.
