After a friendly fire incident, Dan Broderick's heart and soul are ripped to shreds. Grieving and alone, he leaves the Special Forces after his brothers disown him. Struggling to cope with killing his best friend, Dan returns to Toronto, where he hopes to make a difference as a police sniper with the Tactical Response Force.
