"One Life In Four Worlds" is a biographical novel set in the period between 1939 and 2022. The focus is on Albert Pawlak, who looks back on his life in Germany and Canada. A thrilling journey through history unfolds, marked by personal experiences and strokes of fate.

Historical events such as the Second World War, the post-war period in divided Germany, the flight from East to West Germany, the wave of emigration to North America, German reunification and the evolution of Vancouver, Canada, come to life in this novel.
