These five sets of stories tell of a chameleon named Little Lion, who, along with his friends, like to travel and have adventures. Sometimes, however, the adventures come right to them in their broom tree. Often enough, trouble arises and they need one of their big friends, the lion and the elephant, to bail them out. More often that not, the chameleon and his friends have to learn how to use their own wits to survive.
