Set-AI has decided to leave the Earth where he was created for a new venture in the Sentient Skyscrapers - a world where managers and their cultures are interconnected with the skyscraper itself. But that doesn't mean there isn't trouble still in Set-AI's former world - while Ra-E tries to make room for peace there are doubts growing over his influence on Earth with two hackers exploring bot technology to handle the AI problem.
