Gerard and David have been partners at the same law firm for four years, but Gerard is ready for a completely different type of partnership to begin. He doesn't want to risk their friendship, or their business, but he's at the point where he has to say something, to do something. When David has misgivings about the idea, Gerard takes a chance and uses a secret from David's past as leverage.
