This essay sheds light on what is a standard of living, demystifies the different types of standards of living, explicates how people are able to increase their standard of living, and expounds upon how the standard of living that you have can affect your quality of life. Succinctly stated, a standard of living can refer to a person's "level of wealth, comfort, material goods, and necessities". People have varying "levels of wealth, comfort, material goods, and necessities". The economic class that a person is in can have bearing on determining his standard of living. A person's standard of living can change if he is able to change the economic class that he is in. A person has the latent potential to change the economic class that he is in. A person who works a real private sector job based on voluntary demand does not need to be relegated to the low-income economic class for the remainder of lifetime since it is possible for him to significantly amplify his income level. It is possible for a person to change the economic class that he is lumped into if his income level changes drastically enough to cause him to change the economic class that he has been ushered into. Even though it is cumbersome for a person who is in the low-income economic class and works a real private sector job based on voluntary demand to be able to significantly amplify his income level to the extent to which it allows him to change the economic class that he has been thrust into, it is nonetheless possible if he is able to attain profound career success by working in worthwhile entrepreneurial capacities. It can be deduced that the greater "level of wealth, comfort, material goods, and necessities" that a person has, the higher standard of living that he will have. Furthermore, it can also be deduced that the greater "level of wealth, comfort, material goods, and necessities" that a person has, the less cumbersome it is for him to live his life.
