On the Day You Were Born is a children's book meant to remind kids of how loveable and loving they truly are in their heart of hearts. Unfortunately, around the age of four or five, we start to develop our own gremlin, that creature of the mind that wants to incessantly remind us our faults and foibles. If we can just remind our children of their true essence, we might be able to teach them that they are the strongest force in the universe. They are love. I'm not talking about the verb; I mean the noun. They are love.If, along the way, while we're reminding our children of this universal truth, perhaps the cobwebs will be shaken loose and we'll remember that we were once children too. Perhaps we'll remember that we are also the strongest force in the universe, and that we are also just balls of love waiting to be expressed and experienced.What would the world be like if that happened?
