This book is about how the author was abducted, unlawfully and illegally adopted, and in some aspects, abandoned. The truth was repeatedly and deliberately with held by my false adoptive family. I was abused, mistreated, and unwillingly subjected to modern-day slavery antics and tactics. On my adoptive mother's deathbed, she vehemently confessed that Barack Obama Jr. was my biological father. She profusely apologized for all she had done and the wrong doings she participated in, concealing the truth from me. This book is about the stolen fragments of my life. This is my year of reclaiming my name, my life, and ultimately, my identity. I was born Lata Leare Obama.
