The beauty of having a passion is that it can be shared. This one was passed down through two generations, from Grandfather to Grandson. All those hard-fought hours necessary to turn a dream into reality led to a sense of complete freedom and the chance to taste the full flavours of life. The places, the people, the natural beauty, the exquisite food, and the memories made in fleeting moments – these are the times we never get back. Yet, when we put them all together, they form a gift, one that we can all enjoy in the present. After 11 years at university and working in central London, focused on hitting monthly targets, an opportunity presented itself. Turning the negative of a financial crisis into a positive, the chance of a lifetime came calling. The dream became reality. As each day passed, having no plan turned out to be the best plan.
