Jess Warner is a talented career woman on a trip in Denver when a sudden snowstorm waylays her travel plans. Instead of flying home back east, she is staying at a hotel near the airport for an undetermined number of days while the storm tracks east, disrupting flights on both ends. She also has no plans to date men ever again, not since her last fiasco a year ago that cut her deeply, and not with the secrets from her past, but then there's this man in the bar at the airport who's kind and pleasant, and handsome and cute, and stranded without a hotel room. There's something about him that draws her in despite her resolve to remain single.
