Sacha Hayes O'Grady has been writing poetry all his life, and is the descendent of Irish writer and historian Standish Hayes O'Grady. It is in these poems that the poet seeks to explore the complexities of life and love, the truth of words, and the origins of meaning.He is also a painter, whose art has been exhibited at the National Gallery of Victoria, and numerous other galleries across Australia. He lives on the Surf Coast, Victoria, with his beloved kelpie, Byron.
