A supernatural thriller centered around Vargus Needelton, the enigmatic proprietor of an occult bookstore in the small town of Weyward. As Vargus prepares for the annual Harvest Festival, he discovers a mysterious note hinting at an impending "return." This triggers a series of increasingly bizarre and unsettling events that force Vargus to confront a forgotten past. Unbeknownst to Vargus, he cast the Varrgas spell 100 years ago to prolong his life, unknowingly making a pact with Satan. As the deadline of this supernatural contract approaches, Vargus's world begins to unravel. Strange customers appear, the shop itself seems to come alive, and Vargus experiences flashes of memories he can't explain.
