Howard is an awkward ghost stuck in an awkward place. Having died in the halls of Delmont High, a school he never went to, the thirty three year old man haunts the halls, having to deal with bullies and mean teachers. When his tormentor, Phillip graduates, Howard thinks he might have peace in his afterlife but then Kathy, a thirteen year old goth, becomes a freshman.
