Mika has a secret. He's in love with James, his best friend. But with all the bullying he's been put through for being gay, he's become obsessed with self-image. He starves himself just so he can be "pretty enough" or "good enough" for James.
James cares for Mika deeply, maybe more then a friend should. But Mika never notices. He believes James is just playing him, like everyone else. Out of nowhere James decides it's enough. He's set out to make Mika believe that he really is beautiful, and that he really does care about him.
