全书以TC4钛合金水下激光焊接的工艺、焊缝性能和激光-水-金属之间的相互作用机制等关键问题为主线,并对45钢、QAl9-4铝青铜等金属材料的水下湿法焊接技术进行了探索。主要内容是在讨论激光与镁合金材料相互作用的基础上,利用波长10.6m的高功率二氧化碳气体激光器对AZ31B镁合金进行激光表面改性,在不同的冷却介质中分别对其进行表面激光熔凝和激光熔覆处理,对比分析和研究了改性层的微观组织结构和表面性能,以此为依据探讨了镁合金激光表面改性的微观组织演变和改性机制。
