The truth is, we live in an unhealthy society. It's a combination of busy and lazy. Some people are so busy that they don't have time to research many important things. There are others that are simply too lazy to look up information to learn. We could also add in the people who know better but just don't care enough to be better and change.

In this book, I try to do as much as I can to help people develop healthy habits. Being healthy and staying healthy is important. Some people take it seriously, many people don't. Many of us get used to bad habits on a daily basis. Whether it's the food we eat, the beverages we drink, the products we use, not getting enough sleep, or exercising properly. This can be a guide to help you get started to a healthier lifestyle.
