Bogga explores the fall of Queensland's Bjelke-Petersen regime and questions through the microcosm of Brisbane's notorious Boggo Road Gaol in the 1970s and 1980s, whether Queensland has truly buried the values of this bureaucracy, or if it remains, festering unseen in the background.
