JULIAN SPAIN, was born in the small Arizona farming community, bordering California and Mexico called Yuma. His father was considered a master plasterer in the construction industry of his hometown. His mother was a stay at home mom. Julian's first attempt at writing was in a Reader's Digest poetry contest back in 1998 where he won the "Peoples Choice award" for outstanding poetry. His second attempt at writing was the novel "Seeds of Decay". This work would take 24 years to get published due to the overwhelming odyssey of life that took Julian to the depths of prison sentences, homelessness, car accidents and near death experiences.

After the debris of the past had cleared away this novel stood to remain, begging for the approval of an audience! Having stored the almost finished manuscript on Floppy Disc, thinking in 1998, that this would put the unfinished work in safe keeping for future reference, just incase. After 24 years of the Floppy Disc being stored in a vault at his mother's house, the phone rang from a random publisher showing interest in the work. Needless to say, Kindle Books had a better offer. So, here we stand!
