Hill, Strong and the Directors will remain in Seattle. The team will be boosted to Sri Lanka. What do they hope to find and maybe return something to the USA? Why is Detective Smith posing as a tea merchant? Is he selling or buying? Either way he is drinking way too much tea.
Meanwhile there is a second meeting in Seattle, the same subject but unknown to the FBI. They already have feet on the ground in Sri Lanks and are interested in the 'Blond' swimmer and her special suit.
