Michael Stein is attacked and nearly killed by a vicious monster. Amanda, his mistress, shoots and kills the beast. When Stein recovers, he learns that his wife, Angie, was found naked and dead at the scene. Amanda swears Angie was a werewolf and avoids Stein, since she believes he will become one too.

Soon after, Stein begins to hear Angie's voice in his head, and the murders commence. Tasked with finding the truth behind Angie Stein's death, Detective Nichole Voss dives headlong into the case which appears to be a simple love triangle gone wrong.
