The purpose of this book is to give you the framework for building the highest functioning body that you are capable of building with what you were genetically endowed with. It incorporates several different types of training modalities because each thing conveys different benefits to you when you regularly perform that type of exercise and contributes to your life and performance as a whole. The focus isn't just on a particular aspect of fitness/ training as everything works together to produce a high-performance body that will not only improve your physical capabilities but your mental and spiritual as well as you will be enhancing the vessel in which you interact with the world. My mission is to help people develop their body and mind in a way that instills confidence and capability in an aesthetically attractive package.
