This book is about the grand plan of God for mankind, His most precious creation. Those who are willing to be His people will be justified as righteous, sanctified as holy and glorified to be like Jesus Christ, the Son of God. God intended for us, who have decided to be His people, to have His glory - His attributes - His characters, His power and His authority. While it may be too good to be true, God is making His people to go through a transformation process. It involves discipline. It involves sufferings to produce endurance, thus character. It may take a life time, like a never-ending marathon. However, we are told to rejoice during the discipline period because the reward is great. When the glory of God is seen in us, many people will come and bring their abundance of wealth for the purpose of completing God's mission on earth.
