Searching for a new life, away from the grief of the old, she leaves the city and heads for the small, rural Northwestern Queensland town of Hillford.

With a new job managing the local bookstore, an unfamiliar house more suited to spirited family life, distinctive townspeople and a man who elicits feelings Sophie isn't ready for, has she changed too much at once?
