Cultures meet and shrill music is born. The two journalists Marvin and Harry decide to write a book, taking turns as narrators, about love across borders inspired by their stay in an idyllic coastal town on the Gulf of Thailand.

It turns out that romantic relationships between different cultures often struggle when conditions are unequal from the start and love doesn't unfold on the same tangents. Can money create a common ground, or does it amplify conflicts and turn rifts into death traps?

The two players witness a puzzle where the pieces don't fit together. They become entangled in the game themselves and must decide their own role when greed takes over and empathy disappears.
