Building a dividend portfolio is more important than achieving career goals. I know this is contrary to popular opinion.
When you retire, all that matters is how much passive income you have arriving in your accounts. Therefore, building a massive dividend portfolio should be at the top of everyone's mind.
This mindset also allows us to do whatever we want for our careers or professions. All that matters is that we build our dividend portfolio to support along the way.
I had a pretty amazing career in the Marine Corps (24 years), but my dividend portfolio is the crown jewel of all of those years. I can keep growing my dividends, even in retirement, and that makes me very happy! Good Luck!
