Mason and The Conflict CAT is a story about friends using mindfulness to resolve conflicts peacefully, on their own. When Marleigh wants everyone to go on the swings and Henry and Sergio want everyone to play soccer, they begin to argue about which is better, swings or soccer. Just as the conflict starts heating up, Mason yells "STOP!" and helps them use the Conflict CAT - Calm Down (with mindfulness), Apologize and Toolbox - to arrive at a solution they can all agree on. Crisis averted, friendships saved!
