This poetry book touches on the feelings surrounding growing up, dealing with addiction, experiencing an eating disorder/body dysmorphia, suffering through mental illness, coping with domestic/emotional abuse, and falling in love.

It's not meant to be hopeful and inspiring; it was meant to tell the ugly truth of coping with trauma.
