Stefanie and Paul's romance at an upstate New York college in the late 1960s goes off the rails after graduation even though they had a great love story. Twenty years ensue, each leading life with a different mate until they find themselves single once again. Fate brings them together, through the help of some old friends, until a very unexpected surprise threatens their newfound romance.
