On a starry night, Geppetto, the woodcarver, wishes for the puppet he has just created, Pinocchio, to become a real boy. The kind Blue Fairy fulfils Geppetto’s desire and brings little Pinocchio to life. The arionette can move and talk, but to become a real boy, he must prove himself “brave, truthful, and unselfish.” With Jiminy Cricket at his side, Pinocchio embarks on an exciting adventure full of danger, courage, and self-discovery, and learns to choose between right and wrong.
