The problem is that we still lack a comprehensive, accurate, and operational concept of law. This problem is often overlooked, leading to the misuse of numerous rules presented as laws without truly understanding what law is. This oversight allows political entities to manufacture and apply law-like rules, resulting in atrocities such as slavery, the Holocaust, structural racism, and minority oppression.

To prevent such abuses, the book proposes that the only solution is to conceptualise the law as it exactly is, presenting the concept of 'freejon's law'. This law is guided by the General and Shared Commitment of the Evaluative-Self (GSEC), distinguishing it from other interpersonal commitments dictated by social, political, or religious plots.
