Eugene has a broken spring. Without the spring he has no water. Without the water he will have to sell his home and go elsewhere.

His buddy Eddie offers to lend him some of his children to see what they can to in digging the spring out in hopes of bringing back the water. Maybe they can help him get his rain harvesting project set up too.

With Eddie's children's help, they get the well cleaned out. Thanks to the miraculous Teecee, who breaks into the water table and refills the well, Eugene has water again.

But it's not just any water...
