The twentieth anniversary of the signing of the Armistice Declaration provides a diplomatic opportunity to build bridges between the Free People and humanity. But broadening the humans' knowledge of the metahuman may not bring the races closer together, and the knowledge of the true capabilities of the Armistice could provide all the justification needed to lead them into a final war.
