As the Ngoni princess emerges from her hiding place at the eagle's nest, she's met with a sight that makes her heart shatter into a million pieces. Her village, once a thriving hub of life and laughter, now lies in ruins. The memories of the brutal attack still linger, a painful reminder of the day her people were caught off guard during their traditional ceremony.

As she approaches the desolate landscape, the eerie silence is deafening. But then, as twilight falls, a strange phenomenon occurs. The survivors, huddled together in shock and grief, start to hear faint sounds emanating from beneath the earth. At first, it's almost imperceptible, but soon, the noises grow louder and more distinct. The sounds of animals frolicking, children's giggles, women's pounding rhythms, and men's chopping wood create an unsettling symphony.

The princess's mind reels as she wonders if her village has been swallowed whole by the earth, leaving behind only the haunting echoes of a life once lived. The air is thick with an otherworldly energy, and she can't help but feel that the very fabric of reality has been torn apart. As the sounds from beneath the ground grow more intense, she's left to ponder: what secrets lie hidden beneath the rubble, and will her people ever find their way back to the world above?
