I say yes. I have encountered it on a personal level. I have seen my own son, come back. I have watched my children turn their hearts to Him. I have seen the sick healed.
This book is intended to help you, as a believer or follower of Christ, craft declarations of change over family, situations and regions. It is the result of what I have learned by observation, investigation and "experiment" so to speak. My heart is that we would live free, in the liberty Christ intended. Not by developing a formula, but an understanding of the power of our words.
