In the wastelands of Eastern Europe, Ziotogora made a name for himself because of his horrific experiments that bolstered the ranks of Vicar Sylvatic's army of ratmen. It isn't until his father comes to him in a dream, clears his conscience, and tells him that he has one last chance to redeem his soul does he begin to see the evil he's done and that he must do as his father says or face damnation.
