Single mother Doreen always went the extra mile to make sure her son, Trey, was on the right path. In spite of his constant behavioral issues and school antics, she managed to graduate him from high school. When Trey decides to join the military, Doreen is happy that her son will be doing something noble with his life. Unfortunately, a tragedy would cut short her hopes for Trey.
