Private Investigator, Sonoma (Sonny) Whittington, becomes entangled in a tapestry of deceit and danger when she takes on a seemingly routine case for the enigmatic businesswoman, Janine Thomlinson. Initially asked to investigate Janine's husband's suspected affair, the case becomes sinister when a suspicious accident leaves Janine hospitalised.
