Bluey Scrimshaw is a Health & Safety Inspector working for Ashe, the Scottish industrial health & safety regulator.
Whilst investigating a series of incidents in an industrial complex in Falkirk, he travels out to a North Sea oil rig to investigate a lifting failure. But his helicopter ditches in a horrifying accident. Someone is trying to impede his enquiries. Caitlin, his young assistant is nearly drowned whilst carrying out her North Sea survival training. The mysterious Moura is transporting something valuable into Scotland, but what is it and how is he able to get it to the mainland? The answer is all about pigs!
