Presence. It is the greatest gift, or present, you can give to yourself and others. The words of wisdom and guidance in this book come from my heart and from my personal experience. Over the years I have learned that the key to vitality and resilience is in paying attention to what really matters - and in making choices - moment by moment- that support overall well-being for our body, mind, and spirit. Does this mean that I don't worry or become anxious now and then? No. But I have realized that I can take notice of my thoughts, emotions, words, and actions, and their effect on my body more readily.
