In the Russian town of Mokshansk there is a raider seizure of the local association "Tochmash", the head office of which is located in Moscow. As a result of the seizure, the director of the branch is detained and his wife and daughter are taken hostage. The reasons and purposes of the seizure are not clear... At the last moment, the director's wife manages to call Moscow and inform FSB General Alekseev about the incident....
