US Army Major Jill Bradshaw is in charge of security for the Top Secret Pegasus project. So when she spots an unidentified intruder during a routine patrol of the site's perimeter, she takes him down - only to discover he's Commander Cody Richardson, a renowned Public Health Service physician and member of the test team. But despite his sterling credentials and undeniable magnetism, the cop in Jill senses there's more to the doc than he wants others, including her, to know.
