In meinem Buch geht es darum, einen Einblick in das Leben der Bewohner, insbesondere der Kinder, auf der Nordseeinsel Juist, zu geben. Ich schildere hier meine Erinnerungen an Kindheit und Jugend. Das Umfeld, das tägliche Leben und die Fantasie spielen auch eine große Rolle dabei.
